The Danish General Medical Practice Network is a new and innovative infrastructure in the Danish healthcare system.
The network is structured around the four Danish universities with research and education in general medicine. The foundation of the network is a large number of general practices throughout the country. For a fee, they contribute to general medicine research adapted to their clinical everyday life.
The network makes it easy for general practitioners to contribute to clinical general medical research, develops general medical professionalism, provides happier doctors and helps both patients, doctors and the healthcare system.
